When 117 on Strand Project Quantity Surveyors, LDM, decided to take one of the office floors in the new development, it was an obvious choice to use KMMA to design their TI. Henk Marais and Taariq Jumat did a great job in understanding the client's requirements and designed a stunning office, benefitting from the great views and maximising space through clever use of glass, yet maintaining privacy. This TI demonstrates what can be achieved on a tight budget through clever design and specification.
