Sensitivity towards this unique site whilst making the most of the breathtaking views was the first instruction received from the client. Situated on the south facing slopes of the Silverboom Kloof meant dealing with the prevailing south-easterly wind and allowing as much northern sunlight into the house.
This is an entertainer's dream house, with a south facing covered patio with 180 degree uninterrupted views of the ocean and mountains for summer days, as well as a north facing covered terrace with stunning easterly mountain views for those perfect winter days. All bedrooms take full advantage of the breathtaking southerly views whilst high level north facing windows provides ample solar gain. All elements of this house were custom designed to meet with the client's exquisite taste and very high standards.
